GM CLAHRC worked with patients, carers and professionals from across the stroke pathway to identify the common, long term problems people experience after a stroke. We worked with stroke services across Greater Manchester to identify appropriate ways to deliver a six month review.
Find out more about GM-SAT, an evidence based assessment tool developed by GM CLAHRC that provides everything needed to enable healthcare professionals to undertake a thorough and effective six month post stroke review.
The GM SAT BITE is available here.
