Organising Care

Aims and Scope

The organisation of health and care is undergoing major transformation at multiple scales (locally, nationally and regionally) and as part of this we aim to provide high-quality evidence to inform the planning and delivery and access to integrated health and social care which is effective, efficient and equitable. Central to this is the exploration of the reconfiguration of the health and care workforce, with new ways of working, new roles and the changing skill mix which underpins innovative service delivery models.

Key Focuses

Building on work from CLAHRC GM ARCs Organising healthcare theme will further explore:

  • Access to care
  • Workforce, roles and skill mix
  • The integration of health and social care
